Refund & Returns Policy

Parts & Consumables

Unused parts and consumables may be returned within 14 days of delivery subject to prior approval.

Returned items must be:

•  Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

A restocking fee may apply.

Special Order Items

Special order items, custom sourced components, and non stock items are non refundable unless defective.

Handpiece Repairs

Repair services are non refundable once work has commenced.
If a repair cannot be completed, customers will be advised before further charges are incurred.

Faulty Goods

If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
