Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, repairs, parts sales, preventative maintenance, handpiece repairs, consumables, and technical support supplied by Laser Service Australia.
By engaging Laser Service Australia, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations may be revised where additional faults or requirements are identified during assessment.

3. Repairs

Repair timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Laser Service Australia will make reasonable efforts to complete repairs promptly but accepts no liability for delays caused by parts availability, freight delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, repaired items are covered by a 14 day repair warranty covering workmanship only.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, normal wear, or unrelated component failures.

5. Liability

Laser Service Australia’s liability is limited to the value of the service supplied.
We accept no responsibility for loss of revenue, business interruption, treatment cancellations, consequential losses, or indirect damages.

6. Independent Service Provider

Laser Service Australia is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any manufacturer unless expressly stated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
